Sean Carlino’s Indoor Junior Competitive Golf Program provides dedicated junior golfers with a structured three-month pathway for technical development, performance analysis and tournament preparation.
Each player receives coaching tailored to their current ability, competitive schedule and long-term goals. The indoor training environment allows juniors to make measurable swing changes, establish performance benchmarks and practise with purpose throughout the winter and off-season.
The program is designed for juniors seeking greater consistency, improved scoring and a better understanding of how to train and compete effectively. Whether the goal is local tournament golf, high school competition or future collegiate opportunities, each player receives a personalized development plan focused on sustainable progress.
Who Is the Program For?
The program is primarily designed for competitive junior golfers ages 12–18 who currently participate in tournaments or are preparing to begin tournament play. Younger golfers may be considered following an assessment with Sean based on their ability, commitment and development goals.

“Sean has an incredible amount of knowledge on the golf swing. He was quickly able to point out my flaws and give me drills and exercises to correct them. Now knowing that I am working on the right things has given me a lot more confidence and made my practice time more effective. Thanks Sean!”
